Your Gaiam video got me into Qigong 20 years ago and with it I was able to get over and thrive after a back injury. To see your YouTube videos recently and come full circle as I look towards beginning my own teacher training is fantastic. Thank you for all you have shared – without your video that introduced me to Qigong my life would be much different.
