Zoom Qigong Class 30 April with Francesco

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Francesco Garri Garripoli offers live, one and a half hour long deep-dive online classes in Qigong randomly per month; This class in on the New Moon, a great time for “new beginnings” and will focus on Qigong forms to help build foundational energy for grounding and clearing.

These 90-minute Zoom classes cover a wide array of Qigong styles and exercises empowering for all levels of experience that include gentle movements, visualization, breathwork, acupressure points, and more in a very interactive style that allows participants to ask questions and refine your practice. – Next Class is Saturday 30 April:

CERTIFICATION

Taking these classes provide you with a “Certificate of Completion” that represents 1.5 hours of virtual course training by Francesco applicable to your National Qigong Association Instructor Certification.
